It’s the arrival of fall in Mint Hill and that means Mint Hill Madness! Mint Hill Madness is an annual festival celebrating fall with a plethora of events including a 5K run, parade, kid’s activities, music, arts and crafts, food, fun and more - September 25th – 27th at Mint Hill Park on Fairview, 8850 Fairview Rd (Hwy 218).
After a fun-filled day at Mint Hill Madness, discover the splendor of greater Charlotte’s best keep secret, Cheval, a Tuscan-inspired equestrian community. Stop by the Sales and Information Center and then visit Cheval’s new professionally decorated model home that echoes the beauty of the community for inspiration.
Located off of Lawyers Road, Cheval is a 300-acre equestrian community with 160 homesites inside Interstate 485. This distinctive community features custom-built homes on one to five plus acre homesites and offers 15 large estate sites the option of having a private barn on their grounds. Homesites are from the $130’s with homes ranging from the $850’s to $2.5 Million.
The Cheval Sales and Information Center is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm; Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 1pm to 6pm.
